What is Bad Robot?
Bad Robot is a UK music site promoting the latest unsigned and independent music. We accept demos of all styles of music.

Where can I send demos to?
If you want to send your demo / promo / new release along with a recent photo and biography to us through the post or prefer to do this electronically please use our Contact form to request all the relevant details.

Privacy Policy

Bad Robot respects your privacy.
Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Bad Robot.

Credit card details.
Bad Robot will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on the Bad Robot web site. However, our CD Store is hosted by Amazon and is a trusted site for online shopping.

External Sites.
Bad Robot is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

Cookies.
A "cookie" is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows Bad Robot to recognize you each time you visit this site (customisation etc). Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and Bad Robot does not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by 3rd party content providers such as newsfeeds.

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to Bad Robot and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. Competition Rules

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition unless otherwise stated.
2. The prize competition is open to all unless otherwise specified on the competition page, with the exception of employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone else connected with this promotion. If entry details specify a minimum or maximum age limit for entry, then the entry is further restricted to entrants above or below that age (as specified).
3. Entries must be received by the closing date set out in the relevant prize competition details. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.
4. Bad Robot reserves the right to terminate or close the competition within 24 hours before the original closing deadline if more than 50% of entries contains spam.
5. Only one entry per person per prize competition.
6. To enter the competition click through from the home page of the badrobot.co.uk site to the relevant competition, and fill in your details in the box(s) provided.
7. Winners will be selected by pulling entries out of a hat. The decision of the promoter as to winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Details of prizes are stated in the prize competition promotion information. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative to prizes.
9. The winners will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date.
10. The promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.
11. The winners may be asked to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
12. By entering the prize competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter may in its discretion substitute prizes provided they are of similar value.
14. The promoter is Bad Robot unless otherwise specified on the competition page.
