The Pig Pen Music Festival is now in its 5th year takes place on Saturday 5th September at High Farm in Elwick, near Hartlepool. This year, the organisers of the event are hoping to plan something a bit special, but are not giving anything away just yet. The full band line-up will be announced later in the summer.
There will be ten hours of live music, a licensed bar, free overnight camping and lots of activities for children and adults. Festival organiser Julia Burgess said “After the soaking wet conditions of last year, we are hoping that rumours of a long, hot summer this year will come true”.
Early Bird tickets are currently on sale and will only be available for another couple of weeks. Full price tickets will be available from more ticket outlets later in the summer. Admission is free for children aged 11 or under. Tickets are priced at £15 plus booking fee and can be purchased from:
